Eid ul Fitr is a dignified way of thanking over the completion of fasting - Umme Laila Mash’hadi In the light of the teachings of Fourteen Pure-Souls (PBUT) maximum benefits and understanding of the real value of Eid ul Fitr can be attained; the government should ensure security of the place of worship, sensitive and public areas during Eidul Fitr - address of the chairperson UWF in a special gathering held at the office of the organization ISLAMABAD, August 9: The chairperson UWF Umme Laila Mash’hadi said that Eid ul Fitr is a dignified way of thanking over the completion of fasting. She stated this in her address in a special gathering held at the office of the organization. She said that Eid ul Fitr is one of the Islamic festivals which is full of ethics, decency, civilization and virtue. She said the real Eid is for those who keep themselves away from sins, refrain from vices and do not become the subject of their desires. Umme Laila Mash’hadi said that by following the teachings of Fourteen Pure-Souls we can know and get maximum benefits and understanding of the real value of Eid ul Fitr. She also demanded from the government to ensure security of the place of worship and sensitive and public areas. She made an appeal to those fortunate not to forget their poor and destitute brothers in their happiness of Eid.
